For almost 15 years, Hayfa has built and scaled programs, people, and teams across the public sector and startups at companies ranging from Seed to Series E including Gusto, Opendoor, Rupa Health, CampusLogic, etc. Prior to venturing into startups, Hayfa taught with Teach for America and the Fulbright program as well as built and scaled entrepreneurship, sustainability, and public health programs at Arizona State University and Adelante Healthcare respectively. Hayfa now is the founder of Enso Coaching & Consulting where she currently partners with companies and leaders through Customer Success Advising, Business Operations & Strategy Consulting, Leadership Coaching, and Cohort-based Manager & Leadership/Training. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors doing anything from cycling, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, to snowshoeing and wake surfing. You can also find her experimenting with recipes in the kitchen while her 1 year old Husky Kira begs for a taste of her culinary creations.
